If a product is out of stock or made to order, lead times can be up to 12 weeks.
Commercial and customisable orders generally have lead times of 6–12 weeks, depending on the product and supplier.
If an item has a longer lead time than expected, we’ll contact you to confirm before processing the order. If you’re not happy to wait, your order can be cancelled.
The cost of shipping for orders under £1000 will be calculated by weight at the checkout.
Orders of £1000 qualify for free standard delivery.
For some brands, we offer free delivery regardless of order value. Where applicable, this will be clearly shown at the checkout and in the product description under the delivery tab.
