Returns & Refunds


At True Strength UK, we take pride in supplying high-quality fitness equipment and accessories. We want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. Please take a moment to read our returns policy carefully before placing an order.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about a product, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
  • You must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

Please note:

  • Custom-made, personalised or special-order items are non-returnable unless faulty. If your item is faulty, please email us at info@truestrengthuk.com and one of our team can speak to you about the product's warranty.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain products (such as clothing, mats and accessories used for personal training) cannot be returned once opened.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable on change-of-mind returns.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@truestrengthuk.com, our team will get in contact with you to let you know the next steps.

We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may ask for photographic evidence of the damage or fault.

Large & Heavy Equipment Returns

For larger or heavier items such as weight sets, racks or machines, returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Due to the size and logistics involved, a restocking fee and return transport costs may apply unless the item is faulty.
You must contact us before returning any large equipment so we can advise you of the best return method.

 Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Delivery costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

 

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@truestrengthuk.com with your order number and reason for return or you are welcome to call us on 0330 043 0976.
  2. We’ll confirm whether the item is eligible and provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us securely and keep proof of postage.
  4. Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.

 

Important Notes

  • Please check dimensions and product details carefully before ordering large equipment to avoid unnecessary returns.
  • If you are ordering customised, bespoke products, please check the dimensions and product details extremely carefully, as these are non-returnable.
  • Sale and clearance items are non-returnable unless faulty.
  • This policy complies with your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
