Order Delivery

Delivery Information:

If an item is in stock, it will typically be dispatched promptly, with delivery expected within 14 working days. If a product is out of stock or made to order, lead times can be up to 12 weeks.

Commercial orders generally have lead times of 6–12 weeks, depending on the product and supplier.
If an item has a longer lead time than expected, we’ll contact you to confirm before processing the order. If you’re not happy to wait, your order can be cancelled.

If you require installation or white-glove delivery, please email info@truestrengthuk.com before or after placing your order. This service is quoted and scheduled separately.

This will be an additional cost, which we will quote for you. Once the extra cost is paid, your order will be processed and scheduled for delivery.

If you are happy with the quote, we will then send you a secure link to make payment for the cost of the shipping. Once this has been paid, we will process and confirm your order. If the product is in stock, we’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at info@truestrengthuk.com so that we can help.

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card, however your card will not be charged. We will then confirm the order with our suppliers. Lead times can be up to 12 weeks. If you want to know lead times before ordering, please email info@truestrengthuk.com to find out. Once confirmed, we will process the payment and your order straight away. 

Processing time: Orders are processed and dispatched on business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the next business day. 

 Shipping costs

The cost of shipping for orders under £1000 will be calculated by weight at the checkout.

Orders of £1000 qualify for free standard delivery.

For some brands, we offer free delivery regardless of order value. Where applicable, this will be clearly shown at the checkout and in the product description under the delivery tab.

If you place a large order that requires special delivery, pallet logistics or you require white glove and installation services, we will first pre-authorise your payment but will not charge your card immediately.
After reviewing your order, we’ll contact you with a shipping quote.
If you’re happy to proceed, we’ll send you a secure payment link for the shipping cost. Once this payment is completed, we’ll finalise and confirm your order for dispatch.

Damages

We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to returns@truestrengthuk.com so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds

Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.
