Returns & Refunds
At True Strength UK, we take pride in supplying high-quality fitness equipment and accessories. We want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. Please take a moment to read our returns policy carefully before placing an order.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about a product, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
To qualify:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- You must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
Please note:
- Custom-made, personalised or special-order items are non-returnable unless faulty, if your item is faulty, please email us at info@truestrengthuk.com and one of our team can speak to you about the product's warranty.
- For hygiene reasons, certain products (such as clothing, mats, and accessories used for personal training) cannot be returned once opened.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable on change-of-mind returns.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@truestrengthuk.com, our team will get in contact with you to let you know the next steps.
We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may ask for photographic evidence of the damage or fault.
Large & Heavy Equipment Returns
For larger or heavier items, such as weight sets, racks, or machines, returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Due to the size and logistics involved, a restocking fee and return transport costs may apply unless the item is faulty.
You must contact us before returning any large equipment so we can advise you of the best return method.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Delivery costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
How to Start a Return

- We’ll confirm whether the item is eligible and provide return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us securely and keep proof of postage.
- Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.

- Please check dimensions and product details carefully before ordering large equipment to avoid unnecessary returns.
- If you are ordering customised, bespoke products, please check the dimensions and product details extremely carefully, as these are non-returnable.
- Sale and clearance items are non-returnable unless faulty.
- This policy complies with your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Shipping & Delivery
Order Delivery
If you have made a large order which requires special delivery or pallet logistics, we will send you a quote for the shipping after your payment has been pre authorised. This will also be the case if you require white glove and installation services. If you are happy with the quote, we will then send you a secure link to make payment for the cost of the shipping, once this has been paid, we will process and confirm your order. If the product is in stock, we’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at info@truestrengthuk.com so that we can help.
Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card, however your card will not be charged. We will then confirm the order with our suppliers. Lead times can be up to 12 weeks. If you want to know lead times before ordering, please email info@truestrengthuk.com to find out. Once confirmed, we will process the payment and your order straight away.
Shipping costs
The cost of shipping for orders under £1000 will be calculated by weight at the checkout.
Orders of £1000 and over are free.
If you place a large order that requires special delivery, pallet logistics or you require white glove and installation services, we will first pre-authorise your payment but will not charge your card immediately.
After reviewing your order, we’ll contact you with a shipping quote.
If you’re happy to proceed, we’ll send you a secure payment link for the shipping cost. Once this payment is completed, we’ll finalise and confirm your order for dispatch.
Damages
We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to returns@truestrengthuk.com so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds
Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.
